You will make an impact by:
Collaborates with key stakeholders within all business functions to align HCPE engagements and technology solutions with business strategies
Gathers improvement requirements from functions and translate those to Sr. Analyst/Product Owners programmers and developers
Support and maintain the current state workflows, ensuring seamless and efficient processes
Supports multiple overly complex business processes
Works on multiple projects as a project team member
Assist with the administration and optimization of HCPE, monitoring and addressing any errors, escalating to HCPE Product Manager, THV MA Sr. Analyst, Sr. Manager Business Solutions and/or Functional Directors
Simulation assistance, interfacing with THV Field and HCPs as necessary for simulation trainings, supports the SCE Team, Simulation Program and PBP integration
What you will need (Required):
Bachelors degree
A minimum of 1 year related experience
Ability to travel up to 10%
What else we look for (Preferred):
Experience interacting with HCPs
Strong understanding of data analytics and data visualization software
Experience with Monday.com or other project management tools
Knowledge of FDA regulations for life sciences, medical devices, and pharmaceutical companies

For California, the base pay range for this position is $56,000 to $80,000 (highly experienced).
