A large manufacturing company located in Livermore are looking to hire an Assembly/Production Technician

Job Summary/Objective:

As an Assembly/Production Technician you will be a key contributor to our manufacturing process, responsible for assembling and producing components critical to our electrification solutions. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products, contributing directly to our mission of advancing sustainable transportation.

Responsibilities:

Assemble electronic or mechanical components following precise manufacturing instructions and quality standards.

Operate machinery and equipment to fabricate and assemble parts.

Conduct thorough quality inspections at various stages of the production process to ensure compliance with specifications.

Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on production equipment to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.

Maintain accurate records of production activities, including inventory management and work orders.

Adhere to strict safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as they arise to minimize downtime.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree in a related field is a plus).

Proven experience as an Assembly/Production Technician or in a similar role.

Exceptional attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents.

Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and move 40-50lbs as required by the production process.

Comfortable standing for extended periods in a manufacturing environment.

Shift: 8am-5:30pm

Payrate: $25/hr.- $28/hr. depending on experience
