Machinist – Level 2

Honeywell is a seeking a Level 2 Machinist to play a crucial role in operating and maintaining our machining equipment needed to produce high-quality parts and components.
You will work with a team of skilled technicians and collaborate with other departments to meet production goals and customer requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operate and monitor machining equipment
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting
Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
Collaborate with engineers and designers
Follow safety protocols
Use measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, refractometers and height gauges
Use computers and read blue prints.
LOCATION: Spokane Valley, Washington
HOURS: 5:00 am – 3:30 pm Thursday – Sunday
SALARY: The Salary Range for this position is $24.00 – $26.00 per hour. The actual base salary will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.

YOU MUST HAVE:
Prior experience as a machinist or similar role
Proficiency in operating and maintaining machining equipment
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Ability to read blueprints
WE VALUE:
High School diploma or GED
Experience with CNC machining
Knowledge of programming and CAD and / or CAM software
