Job Description :
As a Manufacturing Associate, you will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring the highest quality standards are met. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment.
Assembling components and products according to specifications.
Conducting quality checks and inspections.
Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment.
Collaborating with team members to meet production goals.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must have reliable transportation
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if needed.
Work Environment:
1st Shift: M-F (7a-3p) – 18/hr
2nd Shift: M-Thurs (4p-3a) – 20/hr
