Internship Roles:
1st Year Interns:
Finance Interns:
Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and data analysis.
Support daily financial operations and learn financial systems.
IT Interns:
Aid in IT infrastructure management, troubleshooting, and system updates.
Learn about network security and database management.
Marketing and Communications Interns:
Help develop and execute marketing campaigns.
Assist with social media management, content creation, and market research.
Support internal and external communications and brand management.
Field Experience:
Collaborate with experienced personnel and gain insights into the operational side of the business.
Support various tasks including utility work, excavation, and erosion control for those in field roles.
2nd Year Interns:
Finance Interns:
Take on more complex financial projects and strategic planning tasks.
Mentor 1st Year Interns and gain leadership experience.
IT Interns:
Lead technical projects and manage IT-related tasks.
Mentor junior interns and work on advanced system implementations.
Marketing and Communications Interns:
Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
Analyze marketing metrics and assist in brand development.
Support event planning and community outreach initiatives.
Advanced Field Experience:
Mentor 1st Year Interns and contribute to project planning and execution.
Gain experience in quality control, GPS and CAD applications for those in field roles.
3rd Year Interns:
Finance Interns:
Manage financial projects and contribute to higher-level strategic decisions.
Lead and train other interns and staff in financial processes.
IT Interns:
Oversee IT projects, manage small teams, and collaborate closely with senior staff.
Engage in complex problem-solving and system optimization tasks.
Marketing and Communications Interns:
Lead marketing projects and communications strategies.
Manage small teams and coordinate with other departments.
Analyze campaign performance and refine strategies based on data.
Foreman Trainee Experience:
Lead and manage small teams or projects.
Work with Superintendents on planning and implementation.
Maintain organized records and contribute to project analysis.

Job Types: Temporary, Internship
Salary: From $18.00 per hour
Benefits: Paid time off, Referral program
Schedule: 8-hour shifts (IT, Finance, Marketing) & 10-hour shifts (Field)
License/Certification: Drivers License (Required)
Willingness to Travel: 100% (Preferred)
Work Location: On the road (Field), Orono Maine Office (IT, Finance, Marketing)
