Job Title: Triage Registered Nurse

Job Description

We are seeking a Triage Registered Nurse for our busy Sparta office. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, reach out to patients to check on their needs, and prepare them for upcoming visits or hospitalizations. You will address patients symptoms and side effect management, work closely with physicians to discuss patient care needs, maintain comprehensive medical records, and provide clear instructions and education to patients via telephone. Other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

2 years minimum RN experience

1 year of triage experience

Active RN license, BLS, and NJ state registration required
