Licensed Practical Nurse Multi-Specialty Ambulatory Opportunity
Job Description:
We provide the highest quality of comprehensive primary, preventative, and behavioral health services to all who seek it, regardless of insurance status and ability to pay, especially for the underserved and vulnerable. We are a Federally Qualified, Non-Profit Health Center serving communities in New York.
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will be responsible for office nurse duties including but not limited to: assisting providers, cleaning and prepping exam rooms, patient charting, triaging calls and in-basket duties. Depending on the needs of the office, you may be asked to assist in various specialties, including Behavioral Health, Pediatrics, Podiatry, Women and Infant Care, and Urgent Care.
Qualifications:
Active NY State LPN License
Up-to-date BLS Certification (AHA, ARC, or National CPR Association)
Medical Office experience – preferred
Experience with ECW EMR – preferred
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Peekskill, New York.
Work Environment
Multi-specialty setting, Monday-Friday, 8:00am or 9:00am – 5:00pm
