Administrative Coordinator- Eddy Village Green – PT Days
Narrative: ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR Part time The Eddy The Eddy has an opportunity for a part-time (20 hours a week) Administrative Coordinator to support our Director of Quality and Safety. Primary responsibilities include gathering quality/safety related data from our various programs, preparing reports and presentations, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and meeting minutes. The work site will be located at our Eddy Village Green Cohoes location on Columbia Street, Cohoes.
Work schedule is flexible Monday to Friday. We provide a thorough orientation and supportive, team-based work environment.
Qualifications:
Associates degree in related field with 3 years experience preferred; or high school diploma with 5 years experience.
Ability to utilize a wide range of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and to learn the use of electronic medical records.

Pay Range: $19.20 – $25.58
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
