About the Role

The successful candidate will take responsibility for monitoring, evaluating, and escalating potential non-compliance activities within the end-to-end Source to Pay process

What Youll Do

Monitoring

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to ensure Procurement Compliance through the end-to-end source to pay process.
  • Evaluate potential breach alerts within Foundry system, using a risk severity matrix and monitoring guidelines to assess possible non-compliance.
  • Review issues identified to ensure that they are supported by sufficient, reliable evidence and where relevant, that the business impact is considered in a timely manner
  • Assign appropriate corrective action to address any breaches and update the Foundry Database to provide an accurate audit trail and reporting
  • Document results clearly to support conclusions and facilitate remediation to enable Management to provide individual feedback
  • Ensure that the accountable persons provide up to date progress of required remediation actions, and capture any significant issues identified and the status
  • Manage the escalation process of potential severe breaches, engaging with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely assessment and resolution of the incident
  • Prepare and present findings and support the business in the close out of escalated investigations

Stakeholder Management

  • Develop and maintain credible working relationships with key business stakeholders
  • Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills to effectively support action delivery, remediation, and challenge resolution with cross-functional Managers and employees.

Reporting and Continuous Improvement

  • Socialize findings and reports with key stakeholders, as required
  • Produce executive summary for Leadership Hubs
  • Provide key insights to improve visibility of monitoring and action management
  • Ensure reports are delivered on time and capture data required by senior stakeholders

General

  • Adhere to agreed Service Level Agreements and escalate when commitments are at risk
  • Manage and maintain an individual case load, against all required standards and ensure these are maintained
  • Look to continually improve the compliance review process
What Youll Need
  • 3 – 5 years experience dealing with ethics and compliance issues
  • Knowledge and experience of Source to Pay end to end process
  • Working knowledge of personal computer applications (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint) is desired
  • Strong communication, writing, and relationship-building skills
  • A Bachelors degree preferred

Annual Salary

$67,000-$79,000

Salary commensurate with experience.

This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills. Candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications of this role and their individual experience.
