Description
The Cleaner is responsible to provide cleaning of assigned areas, maintain supplies, remove furniture and equipment as needed, adjust heat or air conditioning, perform building checks (daily, weekly and monthly).
Core Responsibilities
Provide cleaning of all assigned areas and rooms to include: trash removal, vacuuming or mopping floors, dusting, sanitizing, windows and mirrors.
Maintain supplies in each area or room as requested.
Remove carpets, furniture and equipment as needed.
Seasonally adjust heat or air conditioning.
Perform building check as per schedule (weekly/monthly) including windows, pipes, lights and appliances.
Conduct building check at end of shift, set alarm, walk outside each working hour to check doors
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
NYS Drivers License
