We are searching for a Water-Wastewater Engineer who can contribute to water, wastewater, and water resources projects in Buffalo and the Northeast.

Job Description

Contribute to water, wastewater, and water resources projects in Buffalo and the Northeast

Preparing and reviewing design calculations, engineering drawings, specifications, and other contract documents

Write technical reports and technical memorandum

Field work for site reconnaissance

Provide assistance with Project Management, including tracking scope, schedule and budget, adherence to QA/QC guidelines

Mentoring and training junior level staff

Collaboratively work with multi discipline design team

Preparing engineering services proposals, cost estimates, and schedules

Preparing Project Work plans and Health and Safety Plans

Attend client meetings and technical presentations

Face to face interaction with clients

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

Bachelors of Science in civil engineering plus 2 years of related experience and/or education in civil water.

Passed Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) Exam, Engineer In Training

AutoCAD Civil 3D experience

QA/QC experience

Preferred Requirements

3-5 years of previous experience in civil engineering water treatment

Experience with assisting with proposals

Experience with technical presentations

Relocation is not available for this role

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $65,000.00 – $98,000.00.
