The Opportunity

Delaware North is hiring a full-time Manager of Workforce Management, UKG to join our team in Buffalo, New York. As a Manager of Workforce Management, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s workforce management systems, including time tracking, scheduling, and optimizing labor management strategies. Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $95900 – $129400 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Responsibilities

Conduct operational reviews with leadership to assess system performance, provide analysis, and recommend improvements

Collaborate with various departments to implement solutions that enhance production and user experience

Identify capability gaps, develop strategies, and implement process improvements, ensuring documentation and testing are completed

Ensure data integrity through audits, maintain accurate documentation, and develop training resources

Oversee and manage all workforce management functions, including timekeeping, forecasting, and scheduling within the UKG platform, while leading the Workforce Management team to ensure compliance and efficiency

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in business, finance, operations, workforce administration, human resources, information technology, or a related field

CPP or FPC certification strongly preferred, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-state, high-volume payroll, workforce management, or HRIS systems

UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) Pro Workforce Management or Dimensions experience required

At least 5 years of leadership experience, with demonstrated ability to manage and motivate teams effectively

Strong project management skills, with a self-starter mentality and the ability to inspire others

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and expertise in UKG, Workday, or similar systems, with the capacity to learn new financial and HR systems quickly

Experience with Six Sigma and union contracts is a plus
