Hourly Pay Rate: $23-$24
Responsible for processing new hires in the system, ensuring compliance related to new hire document management, and new hire reporting.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
• Process new hire records and additional information in the HRIS system accurately and timely.• Ensure compliance related to employee documentation management requirements and processes.• Effectively communicate information that needs additional follow-up to ensure a resolution.• Prepare new hire reports for the payroll, benefits, information technology, and learning and development teams.• Complete and assist with routine audits to ensure regulatory compliance.• Assist with managing the employee changes processes. • Create reports using UKG Cognos Business Intelligence.• Identify, research and implement processes to create efficiencies.• Support the HRIS team by assisting with coverage and other tasks as needed.• Comply with all agency policies and procedures.• Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree and one year of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.• UKG Experience preferred.• Excellent computer skills and time management skills.• Must be detail oriented.• Ability to interact with all levels of personnel.
