Job Title: AutoCAD Drafter – Civil Land Development

Job Description

We are working with a private Civil Engineering firm that offers land planning services around the Greater Philadelphia area. They are seeking an AutoCAD Drafter to join their team in Conshohocken, PA. The Drafter can expect to work on projects such as land development, single-family homes, warehouse building, and sub-lot development.

Responsibilities

Process field survey data to generate base maps for engineering design.

Work with other CAD Team Members, Project Managers, and Project Engineers to understand scope of work, schedule, and budget.

Qualifications

Proficiency with AutoCAD & Civil 3D/MicroStation.

Understanding of terminology like grading, slope, steep slope, municipal codes.

1-3 years of land development experience.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Conshohocken, PA, and some days remote.
