Sr. Manager ERP Transformation Program Manager

This critical role will be responsible for consulting with leadership on our upcoming ERP implementation with Microsoft Dynamics 365. This individual will need to have led a cloud-based ERP transformation in the past and have strong technical program management skills. It will also be important that this individual has strong communication skills working with several stakeholders, including senior leaders. You must live or be willing to relocate within a driveable distance of our Raleigh or Greensboro locations for occasional on-site activities.
What You Will Do (Job Responsibilities)
Managing our upcoming ERP implementation, ensuring that the program is on time and delivered effectively in collaboration with several stakeholders.
Able to conduct read-outs and recommend next steps with our ERP implementation.
Partnering with our consulting firm to ensure they are working in lockstep with our business leaders and ensuring the right items get done at the right time.
Ensuring tasks are done in-budget, with the right stakeholder group and in the correct sequence.
Bachelor’s degree
Four years of Program Management experience.
ERP implementation experience (for on-cloud systems); preferred Microsoft Dynamics
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Able to work independently without much oversight.
Stakeholder management skills
Able to provide recommendations to the senior leadership team
Transformation experience
Preferred: Delivery experience with system implementations, process transformation, product strategy, robotic process automation, master data management, data & analytics, and reporting/data visualization.

The base compensation range for this position is $128K to $175K per year. Your actual base salary will be determined based upon a number of factors which may include relevant experience, skills, location (labor market data), credentials (education, certifications), and internal equity.
