Summary You will serve as a IT CYBERSECURITY SPECIALIST in the Information Systems Division of FLTREADCEN EAST. Responsibilities You will administer security authentication software (e.g., Public Key Infrastructure certificates, secure cards, biometrics, or similar software) to ensure that the latest information security technologies are being used throughout the agency. You will define an information technology (IT) system project action plans and objectives to achieve short-term and long-term goals. You will perform a risk analysis of information technology (IT) systems to identify problems and recommend solutions. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Implement and manage an effective and comprehensive CS program for Command acquisition projects, corporate operations, and/ or MRO activities; 2) Oversee Cyber Risk Assessments of non-standard IT systems, develops cyber specifications and incorporates security measures in Statement of Work (SOW) on behalf of MRO and Command contracts; 3) Act as lead Cyber Liaison to MRO organizations, as well as Fleet Support Teams (FSTs), Programs Management Air (PMA) though out the Navy, as well as vendors, contractors, and VIPs to FRC East; 4) Ability to integrate this expertise with broad knowledge of the mission, objectives and operations of the component served.
