Information Technology Administrator (IT Administrator)

Provide technical assistance and resolution as necessary for various hardware and software issues. Set up new computer systems and perform routine maintenance. Ensure that Internet security software is updated and running properly Maintain computer equipment including peripherals (Zebra Handheld Scanners, Bluetooth barcode scanners, paper scanners, and Printers) and software to ensure secure and efficient operations Repair computer hardware as required (Troubleshooting hardware and part replacement if necessary). Help with testing and implementing new software programs for the company. Call into hardware and software vendors for technical support if needed and to put in warranty covered repair requests.
