The Area Director of Operations is an Executive Level position with responsibilities focused on overseeing the entire Operations (Rooms Division and Food & Beverage Division) function. Duties may also include training, staff development, scheduling, and payroll. This position will require the ability to work all shifts, including holidays.

Excellent associate relations skills with the ability to train, coach, and counsel employees while overseeing their development

Resolve customer complaints as appropriate to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of operation systems such as Dimensions, Opera, and ADP are a plus
