Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and website submissions. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise. Update customer information in the database and ensure accuracy. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective customer service. Report customer issues and follow up with next steps. Monitor daily ship queue to control shipping costs to achieve effective on-time and quality deliveries. Meet performance targets related to customer satisfaction, order accuracy, and response time. Stay up-to-date with product information, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers. Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest solutions to management. Educate, encourage, and incentivize customers to place their orders on the website.
