Financial Recovery Specialist

Your Legacy Federal Credit Union is hiring a Financial Recovery Specialist who will be responsible for the control of late and/or delinquent loan accounts and pending late payment reminders. The Specialist will make follow up telephone calls on delinquent loan accounts and maintain accurate records on delinquent loan accounts as well as. optimize collections on accounts while balancing the goodwill of members with the overall business interests of the credit union.
Pay: From $20 per hour
Schedule: 36 – 37 hours per week
Requirements
High School Diploma/GED
Excellent Phone and Email Communication Skills
Note-Taking and Logic Skills
Confidentiality and Compliance
Previous Collections Experience Preferred
