About the Position:
Our Project Engineer position is a developmental position supported by Structural Group Inc.s Project Engineer Career Development (PECD) Program.The PECD program was founded in the 90s and has been the chief program for developing impactful leaders within our company.This program is a three-year mentorship run- competency managed rotational development program with the intention of internal promotion.You will work hands-on and boots-on-the-ground with multiple mentors in varies expertise.You can expect to master skills in, estimating budget preparation and project cost control, scheduling and production rate tracking, safety management, quality control management, business development and client relations! This will allow you to choose your own journey offering options for your career throughout your tenure with Structural Group Inc.

About PULLMAN Detroit:
Our Project Engineer role will be an in-office position supported by our PULLMAN Detroit team located in Trenton, MI.In this role, you can expect to travel across the greater Detroit area 50% of the time with opportunities for international travel.Our PULLMAN Detroit team will tackle projects across multiple industries; however, this branchs primary industries are commercial, and industrial.Throughout your tenure as a Project Engineer, you can expect to support multiple projects within these industries.For more information on PULLMAN-Detroit, please refer to STRUCTURAL-Detroits website page and social media. 
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree- preference for Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field of study.
Cumulative grade point average of 2.8 or higher.
A minimum of one relevant internship experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional documentation and organizational skills.
Aptitude for solving problems.
Reliable transportation from the office to job-sites.
