Position Scope
Assist in identifying and verifying applicant skills and specialties to fulfill clients personnel needs and guide the applicant through the contract process to its completion.
Responsibilities
– Work with Account Representative to determine priority of sourcing needs.
– Thoroughly read and interpret all clauses in the government contracts when necessary and verify details and ask for necessary clarification from the Contract Officer or company representative.
– Perform searches for qualified applicants according to relevant personnel requirements.
– Contact candidates to inform them of employment opportunities.
– Establish applicant availability, interest and suitability for the open position.
– Obtain information on work history, training, education, and skills. Enter candidates information in the TPS database.
– Identify and inform candidate of job specifications and requirements (i.e. background check, security clearance, certifications, tests).
– Submit the actual quote for government contacts (through the proper means stated in the solicitation), accompanied with all required documents (i.e. applicants resume, TPS Capability Statement, Management Plan).
– Submit the sendout for commercial clients, accompanied with all required documents (i.e. when requested).
– Assist in scheduling Skill Assessment Briefing or interviews and e-mail appropriate documents to candidate and client including special notes along with confirmation.
– Maintain and update client and candidates electronic records.
– Other responsibilities and tasks as required within the scope of the job description.
