Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Customer Service Advocate to support one of its customers in Michigan area. This position will be fully remote and require a Health and Life Insurance license in their resident state. This person will be working in a high paced environment, handling inbound and outbound calls, and supporting customer services related responsibilities. They will have the opportunity to cross sell various Life Insurance services and provide their customers with new products through the lifecycle of the sale. Each candidate will experience a 30 day on-the job training prior to becoming an individual contributor. Strong technical skills are required for this role and will be expected to be utilized in daily activities. All individuals will be asked to support 40-60 inbound calls per day and will maintain high production in remote setting.

Salary Range: $37,000 – $43,000 based on experience, and will offer an opportunity for individual performance after training period however is not guaranteed.

Skills and Requirements

-Active Health and Life Insurance License in resident State

-Previous experience in sales related role and shown ability to perform under KPIs

-Customer service experience is required

-comfortable working in remote environment and working 810-hour shift, Monday to Friday

-Ability to operate various computer technologies and applications -Claims experience

-previous employment in call center environment

-adapt quickly in high paced environment null
