Jockey is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to join our Marketing team!

JOB SUMMARY

The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for social community management across multiple platforms and brands, implementing best-in-class engagement strategies that bring the Jockey brand voice to life in authentic and meaningful ways.

This position can be located at our corporate headquarters in Kenosha, WI (between Chicago, IL and Milwaukee, WI area).

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Manage social media community interactions, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and brand-consistent manner.

Develop and execute engagement strategies to bring the Jockey brand voice to life, fostering meaningful connections with the audience across all social media platforms.

Monitor social media accounts and platforms, staying up-to-date with trending conversations and opportunities for Jockey to engage in a relevant and authentic manner.

Support the scheduling and posting of social content, ensuring alignment with the brand calendar and marketing initiatives.

Collaborate with brand partners and complementary brands to enhance engagement and amplify brand presence on social media.

Assist in managing BazaarVoice initiatives, driving authentic consumer reviews and feedback across digital channels.

Track and report on social media performance, analyzing engagement metrics to optimize content and engagement strategies.

Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure that social content aligns with overall brand goals and campaigns.

Stay informed of industry trends and emerging platforms to keep Jockey at the forefront of social media innovation.

Proactively engage with brand partners and complementary brands, creating a dynamic presence that enhances the overall Jockey brand experience.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

1-3 years of experience in social media management, community engagement, customer care, or related roles.

Passion for social media, brand storytelling, and creating meaningful consumer connections.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to embody the Jockey brand voice.

Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with social media management tools and platforms, and an understanding of social media analytics.

Experience with BazaarVoice or similar review platforms is a plus.

Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and content.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
