Admin Asst / Front Desk Coordinator

JOB REQUIREMENTS: This position provides clerical and administrative
support for the activities and special projects of several department
directors. In addition, this individual will serve as Front Desk
Coordinator, answering phones, overseeing the reception area, greeting
guests and managing the copy and mail machines. OTHER
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Must be proficient in the use of
Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, Access, Power Point,
Outlook, and Publisher and the use of general office equipment. The
ability to prioritize work; a strong attention to detail, proofreading,
problem solving, organizational and time management skills. A practicing
