Building and Grounds Maintenance Tech

JOB REQUIREMENTS: This position is responsible for performing repairs
and general maintenance work of buildings, grounds and mechanical
equipment including heating and air systems, electrical, plumbing tasks
and general cleaning of offices. OTHER EXPERIENCE AND
QUALIFICATIONS: Must have at least two years in building and grounds
management as well as knowledge and training in plumbing, electrical,
HVAC, carpentry, painting, lawn care, landscaping, snow plowing, blowing
