Essity Manufacturing Professional Hygiene North America is seeking a
Maintenance Mechanic at our manufacturing facility in Menasha, WI .
About the Role What You Will Do Is a Role Model for Safety Responsible
for maintaining & troubleshooting the technology in their area of
responsibility Works towards a Zero-breakdown & Zero-Stop-mentality and
reducing the maintenance costs including working capital reduction for
spare parts Takes ownership for the overall site and working area.
Especially monitors the maintenance measurements like Breakdowns & has a
strong service-department mindset towards the operations / other
departments Works to standards and assures the team works to it (Safety,
Quality, CL, CILs etc) and secure the availability of standard technical
documentation Works collaboratively with Maintenance and Operations
Leadership, Subject Matter Experts, Vendors, Technical representatives
and Contractors on a project and ongoing basis as needed. Provides
leadership as area resource for teams of contractors assigned to major
outage related tasks Train and Develop technical capability within
practical working hours of current and future apprentices. Learn and
deploy new technology and troubleshooting solutions as needed with a
fast-paced, evolving Tissue recycling and manufacturing operation. What
We Can Offer You Straight Day shift, with possibility for available
12 hour day and night shifts Starting Wage range $39.77/hour, plus
shift differentials when applicable Vacation credit for prior
trades/apprenticeship tenure Premium pay over 8 hours daily and on
Saturdays and Doubletime on Sundays Comprehensive benefits package,
including health, dental, vision, sickness and accident, life and
disability coverage, with most benefits beginning Day 1. 401k program

OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Who You Are In possession of a
current Wisconsin or equivalent Industrial Millwright Card. Have
experience in, or recent technical training with, Automated systems,
Pumps, Pipefitting, Roll alignment, Rigging, Hydraulic, Mechanical and
Pneumatic systems. Ability to demonstrate effective troubleshooting in a
multi-trade environment Willing and capable of working within Essitys
Beliefs and Behaviors through demonstrated examples of Commitment, Care,
Courage, and Collaboration. Willing and able to communicate effectively
across multi-functional teams using Email, MS Teams, and other virtual
