Job Description
As an Order Management Supervisor, you will manage information, pricing, and resolve inventory discrepancies. You will collaborate with vendors and internal site team members to ensure accurate and timely inventory management, data entry, and billing or credits processing. You will gain a thorough understanding of company services and pricing structures and proficiently operate various computer systems, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Qualifications:
Technical and problem-solving ability related to fulfillment business
Managing multiple systems (Manhattan, Enspire, E1, etc.)
Excel expertise
Understanding of small parcel shipping
Accurate and timely inventory management
Accurate data entry
Billing and credit processing
Proficient operation of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Soft Skills
Collaboration with vendors and internal team members
Thorough research and obtaining management approval
Understanding of company services and pricing structures
Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position.
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Neenah, Wisconsin.
Work Environment
Monday-Friday, 8:00-4:30pm or 10:00-6:30pm (West Coast shift). First 90 days in office for training, followed by a potential team lead role. Hybrid work up to 3 days a week. Office location: 525 Enterprise, with two floors full of offices.
