Responsibilities Position Summary In this role you will be a key partner to the Brand Marketing, Category Management and Consumer Experience teams focusing on uncovering critical dynamics of purchase behavior that guide business decisions. By driving marketplace understanding you will ensure that Post teams have an awareness of market dynamics and develop appropriate actions to maximize business results.  Key Responsibilities Build reporting tools and assets that support on-going business analysis Assist with thought-leadership and consult related to businesses and company performance, growth opportunities and targets by identifying and understanding where consumer data can help drive or support business decisions.  Assist with ongoing business review analysis, innovation reviews, and cross-functional discussions. Continually “dig deeper” to provide perspective on the drivers behind category and brand business results, as well as opportunities for future improvement.  Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or related field is required. Experience Experience with and interest in Marketing Insights/Analytics, preferably in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry Strong analytical skills including experience analyzing, validating, and synthesizing data that translate to actionable insights  Experience leveraging syndicated data (e.g., Nielsen, IRI, Numerator, POS, Panel) is required  Proficiency crafting clear stories and presenting complex information clearly to a variety of audiences using disparate data sources Ability to identify patterns, test and learn and draw conclusions from ambiguous data   High comfort level with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Tableau experience a plus Other Characteristics Strong sense of curiosity and attention to detail Effective communication and collaboration skills Ability to prioritize projects based on business needs and partner cross functionally to drive insights to action Willingness to tackle a wide variety of projects, get involved in work outside of core competencies and having a passion for problem solving High personal standards of integrity  Possess a high level of emotional intelligence
