Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee our staffing process, ensure compliance with regulations, and develop training materials. Key responsibilities include:

Basically implementing a full HR process.

Keeping job descriptions up to date and compliant.

Developing training and performance management programs.

Creating and maintaining a compensation strategy.

Resolving employee issues and conflicts.

Ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Providing guidance and feedback using performance management tools.

Maintaining HR policies, organization charts, and employee directory.

Partnering with management to align HR goals with business initiatives.

Updating HR systems and processes.

Assisting with performance and salary reviews.

Analyzing compensation and benefits trends.

Implementing employee retention strategies.

Overseeing payroll, benefits, and open enrollment.

Coordinating with insurance companies on workers’ compensation claims.
