The SAP Security Analyst will develop, support, and maintain security for The Toro Company’s global SAP operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate critical thinking skills, the ability to innovate, and agility in executing on multiple, complex initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The Analyst will support a holistic, best-in-value Global Security program aimed at mitigating risk, ensuring continuity of operations and safeguarding the Company’s assets, reputation and brand.

What Will You Do?
In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for :
Performs security administration of SAP; designs and builds security authorizations; ensures compliance to security policies and procedures; and resolves access problems and security incidents.
Supports daily ongoing tasks to provision, modify and deprovision access for a dynamic workforce.
Ability to manage multiple & complex security projects and apply expert knowledge of business and technical processes.
Acts as a liaison between the business and the security team to ensure the successful delivery and support of technical applications and solutions to the business units. Works with business representatives and apply business expertise to refine business requirements.
Supports Enterprise IT SAP portion of SOX Audit and conducts analysis to determine, implement and monitor remediation plans.
Supports license management, compliance, and reporting.
Demonstrates an understanding of enterprise security best practices and procedures and technical implementation experience.
Maintains current knowledge regarding security and compliance standards.

What Do You Need?
To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:
Security Analyst III:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
Minimum of 8 years security & risk, controls experience. At least 5 years of SAP security experience.
Expertise in large scale SAP implementations with additional emphasis on Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC).
Knowledge and experience in the following:
o SAP User Access Management
o SAP Role Design
o SAP Fiori
o Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
o Segregation of Duties (SoD) and Mitigating Control Management
o ITIL
o Privacy requirements from HIPAA and GDPR
o Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Audit Support
o SAP License Management
o Directory services design and administration
o Experience supporting a manufacturing environment a plus
o Communications and Network Security concepts and tools a plus
o Security Operations concepts and tools a plus
o Software Development Security a plus

Competitive Salary – The pay range takes into account skills, experience, education, and location. It is not common to be hired at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
