Job Title: Data Entry SpecialistJob Description
We seek a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our interim business team. The successful candidate will enter and process orders, manage document control, and provide customers with delivery information based on Value Stream Meeting (VSM) from the planning team. You will handle daily calls and correspondence with customers and sales representatives regarding purchase and sales orders, maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents. Additionally, you will prepare and provide customer open order reports, collaborate with Business Development on new and revised quotes for purchase orders, and contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed. You will build sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication, assist in meeting sales order promise dates, and comply with company quality and safety standards.
Hard Skills
1-2 years of data entry experience
Background in manufacturing organizations (medical device industry is a plus)
Proficiency in Microsoft Applications
Soft Skills
Strong communication skills

This is a fully on-site position in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota.
