–$10,000 Sign on Bonus — paid out over two years12 hour shifts 3 days a week with on-call This position will rotate units on a monthly basis. Must have the ability to lead as well as educate. We are looking for someone who has had supervisory experience.

This person must be able to delegate task based on the staffs scope of practice. They will be responsible for monitoring hourly rounds.

They must be able to conduct initial medical & psychological assessments of the patients. They will review medical treatment plan and update it as needed. They will work closely with the physician and record specific medical orders. They will be responsible for reviewing and following through on all laboratory and x-ray reports. They must be able to multi-task and have good communication skills. Other duties will be explained at interview time.
