Reporting to the Director of Provider Services and the Chief Medical Officer, this position will provide on-going support for review and evaluation of assigned segments of the region wide Performance. Improvement activities. This involves the design and development of indicators and reports; tracking data and presenting data using appropriate statistical techniques; coordinating the overall pr grams in professional performance evaluation (FPPE and OPPE) and peer review for LUHS. This position prepares written reports that review and analyze variances to be presented for peer/committee review or as required by the LUHS Medical Staff Offices (LUMC, MNH, GMH).

Required: Bachelors Degree OR equivalent training acquired via work experience or education

Experience:

Required: 3-5 years of previous job-related experience

Details: The ideal candidate would have extensive experience and/or knowledge of the workings of a medical staff office and medical staff joint commission requirements
