Zurich North America is hiring an Sr Specialist HRSC Training & QA to join our team! We are open to hiring talent in the following location: Schaumburg, IL.

Responsible for the Training and QA processes for the HR Service Center throughout the life cycle of team members. Ongoing evaluation/improvement of new hire and functional training components. Develop each year’s training plan and ensure HRSC is prepared to support HR initiatives. Maintain knowledge management resources. Manages the QA process including review of interactions from all intake channels, including call calibration. Utilize telephony and data systems to manage overall QA results. Provides positive coaching to team members based on audit or escalation feedback. Handles escalated interactions. Develops and maintains strong HR network to enable issue resolution. Continuous improvement focus to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Participation in local or global projects. Occasionally assists with handling inquiries in peak periods.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree and 5 or more years of experience in the Formal Instruction/Teaching or Learning and Development area or in the specific subject matter or functional area assignedOR

High School Diploma or Equivalent and 7 or more years of experience in the Formal Instruction/Teaching or Learning and Development area or in the specific subject matter or functional area assignedOR

Zurich approved Apprenticeship program including an Associate Degree and 5 or more years of experience in the Formal Instruction/Teaching or Learning and Development area or in the specific subject matter or functional area

Preferred Qualifications:

Insurance industry or financial services experience

Effective communication and influence skills

Project management and organization skills

Experience in training design, development and implementation
