Job Description

Day to Day:

Insight Global is looking for an IT Site Support Generalist for one of their global clients in the Automotive Manufacturing industry. This candidate will be providing site level Infrastructure support (MS Office, Desktop, Printer, basic networking etc.) to various teams & levels of the business. They will be working to support remote employees 70% of the time, and on-site employees 30% of the time. This is a fully on-site position in Maryland Heights, MO.

 - Specific responsibilities:

   Ticket support for on-site/remote employees

   Troubleshooting

   MS Suite

   Networking support

   Hardware support

Software support

Compensation:

$35/hr to $41/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

Qualifications:

 - Associates degree in related field of study- Computer Science, Engineering, etc.

 - 5 years of professional experience in IT Generalist roles

   Strong expertise with software, hardware, & networking support

   Expertise of Service Desk process knowledge and objectives

   Experience with Organizational Change Management Methodologies

   § Submitting approvals, scheduling and attending meetings

   Strong troubleshooting expertise

 - 2 years of experience IT operations/service organization

   Supporting on-site and remote support

 - Prior experience in Manufacturing or Automotive organization

Experience with AV support Preferred:

 - HP/Printer certification preferred

Any executive level support experience preferred null
