Job Description
This customer facing, non-exempt HP PC/Printer field break/fix position provides a wide range of hardware support and related services specifically to HPs PC Products customers. Products include Laptop, Desktop, RPOS, and Workstation products. In this particular territory you will also have Printer Repair tickets and many will be for Wide Format printers, so previous experience on this hardware is huge! This is a driving role and in this territory you will service customers up to 3 hours up to 3 days a week. Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license is required for this role. You will be compensated .67 per mile driven. The role pays $24-26HR.

Skills and Requirements
– 3 years of experience on hardware break fix, printers, PC,s RPOS
– Able to replace internal components, also strong reimaging skills with PCs. On printers, this role requires hands on experience replacing drums, rollers, fusers & etc.
– PC break fix skills should include adding memory via RAM and replacing motherboards
– Strong customer service skills and real time ticketing system updates – Previous wide format/design jet Printer repair experience null
