Data Entry Clerk – Mutual Funds

Description:

In this contingent resource assignment you may: Support Securities Operations proactively seek ways to improve processes. Perform moderately complex operational support tasks. Receive direction from supervisor and escalate non-routine questions. Interact with client personnel on a range of information.

No direct contact with customers/ clients, will need to send notifications to financial advisors, could be on the phones

Reviewing trades for CDCS Reimbursement Eligibility & submitting trade correction requests (fully or partially reimburse)

currently have a short term process that FINRA has required them to build out, goal is to build off that and automate in the next 12 mos.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Microsoft Excel

Microsoft Access (nice to have)

Smart Station (financial advisor workstation)

Exp. with mutual funds and reading mutual fund language, brokerage work,

Strong comm. skills to work with fin. advisors
