REMOTE POSITION – Director of Business Operations/2nd In Command

Are you a seasoned executive with a track record of project mangement in various areas of business operations? ABCO Maintenance, aFacility Maintenance and Construction company, is on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced leader to step into Business Operations depatment and work very closed with our CEO.

Your Responsibilities:

Lead and manage pivotal projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively

Collaborate closely with the CEO to align project goals with company objectives

Employ strategic thinking to address challenges and drive project success

Maintain exceptional organizational and follow-up skills to ensure project milestones are met

Additional responsibilities as needed.

Position Requirements

Requirements:

Extensive Experience: 8 years in project leadership and management

Stable Career History: At least one role of 5 years at a single company

Ownership and Tenacity: Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of projects

Exceptional Decision-Making: Quick-thinking and decisive under pressure

Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills

Organizational Expertise: Highly organized with a keen eye for detail

Technical Proficiency: Advanced with Microsoft Office Suite

Industry Experience: Background in construction or maintenance is a plus, but not mandatory

Must meet all pre-employment requirements
