| ### Job Description: |

| The Bakeshop Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily |
| operations of the bakeshop. This includes managing staff, ensuring |
| quality control, maintaining inventory, and providing exceptional |
| customer service. The ideal candidate will have highly effective |
| interpersonal skills, be detail oriented, have strong numeracy |
| skills, excellent time management, effective communication, |
| exceptional customer service, and strong organizational skills. The |
| Bakeshop Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing |
| strategies to increase sales and profitability, as well as |
| maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The Bakeshop |
| Manager will also be responsible for training and developing staff, |
| as well as ensuring compliance with all health and safety |
| regulations. |

| Requirements |
| |
| – Prior Management Experience is a must |
| – Proven successful experience as a Retail Supervisor |
| – The ability to stand for extended periods |
| – Must be available to work weekends |
| – High school diploma or GED |
| |
