Summary:

TheInside Sales Representativeis responsible for accepting incoming calls and making outgoing calls to provide pricing and availability, take orders, and handle issues. The CSR should establish themselves as the key contact within Pipeline Plastics for their accounts.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

| – Confirmation of customer | |
| order. | |
| – Customer order maintenance | |
| – Obtain frequently required | |
| information from customers | |
| regarding forecasting, | |
| competition, and product | |
| surveys. | |
| – Build relationships with all | |
| customers, specifically the | |
| decision-makers, and Outside | |
| Sales Reps | |
| – Adhere to Quality, ISO 14001 | |
| – Provide pricing and | |
| availability of products to | |
| customers. | |
| – Pricing and building of | |
| unique customer requirements. | |
| – Initiate customer contact | |
| through telephone calls, | |
| marketing surveys, or sale | |
| leads in advertising. | |
| – Complete necessary paperwork | |
| for unauthorized deductions | |
| and credit with assistance as | |
| required. | |
| – Special projects as required. | |
| – Other duties as assigned | |

| – High School Diploma or equivalent. |
| – Minimum of 1 – 2 years of sales experience supporting a |
| manufacturing operation. |
| – piping system knowledge is preferred but not necessary. |

| – Ability to solve customer issues. |
| – Knowledge of inventory and supply chain management principles and |
| techniques. |
| – General understanding of local shipping regulations. |
| – Basic knowledge of competitors is preferred. |
| – Good verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills. |
| – Previous customer service and/or warehouse experience is |
| preferred but not necessary. |
| – Good time management skills. |
| – Excellent customer service skills, phone, and email etiquette. |
| – Ability to handle stress in fast-paced office environment. |
| – Proficient sales skills, working with all levels of sales and |
| distribution channels. |
| – Basic/intermediate mathematical skills. |
