Safety Admin

Industrial Air Flow Dynamics, Inc. is seeking a Safety Admin to join our team in Cleveland, TX. This role is for someone who enjoys a fast-paced position that contributes to the success of our projects. This role will support our Safety Manager with scheduling and maintaining safety training requirements.

With over 20 years of experience, Industrial Air Flow Dynamics is the premier field service group in the power generation industry and the leading provider of replacement expansion joint systems, penetration seal systems, and HRSG duct/liner replacement systems. We provide our power plant and utility customers with turn-key solutions driven by our engineering expertise. Our engineering team diagnoses the root cause of the problem and improves the OEM design, then our manufacturing team will build the required products, and our field services team will complete the on-site installation.

The safety admin will be required to interact primarily with the Safety Manager to assist with verifying, scheduling, and maintaining the safety training spreadsheet is as up to date as possible. This position will research multiple training facilities websites to verify and enter personal information for scheduling purposes as well as updating Excel spreadsheets with personal information as well as verified data.

Responsibilities:

Act as the central point of contact for all site-specific safety training

Coordinates with the Safety, Human Resources, and Field Service Managers to ensure employees have required site training before project start dates

Responsible for the accuracy of all information on the Site Safety Requirements spreadsheet.

Ensure timely completion of multiple deliverables in a positive cooperative manner.

Coordinate with the safety manager regularly for changes and updates

Work under tight schedule constraints to submit proposals and meet tight deadlines as needed.

Requirements:

A high school diploma.

3 years of data entry working within Excel.

Must possess strong Excel experience.

Strong experience with internet searches and websites

Acute attention to detail in a professional atmosphere.

Driven to succeed and take ownership of each project.

Must be able to shift priorities and multitask as needed.

Ability to communicate with safety, HR, and field services

Excellent grammatical, proofreading, and editing abilities.

Proficient in All Microsoft applications and Adobe.
