Sodexo Senior Living is seeking an Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager to join our team of professionals at Estrella in Georgetown, TX. The ideal candidate will be hands-on as needed, have excellent interpersonal skills, enjoy working with seniors, and managing and developing their team. Best qualified candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

The successful candidate will:
be responsible for purchasing, menu/recipe compliance, inventory, food production forecasting, hands-on cooking;
supervision of large-scale batch cooking;
ensure Sodexo Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented;
have the ability and willingness to develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations;
ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance; and/or
have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems.
