TeamCenter Configurator

Description:

TEKsystems is seeking a strong, experienced Teamcenter configurator.

• Work with a cross functional team using Agile methodology to define user stories and necessary deliverables as part of Sprint planning within an assigned Scrum project team

• Advocate for the user’s needs and collaborate with the Product Owner to develop features that align to their needs

• Turn requirements into simple and intuitive interfaces and processes for the end user

• Understanding of configuration best practices and the ability to “firefight” issues to resolution

• Support trade-space analysis with clients to evolve efficient and effective configurations

• Analyze and resolve design alternatives and issues

• Create briefings and technical documents to assist clients in trade-space decisions

• Prepare solution documentation (navigational flows, wire frames, mock-ups, use cases, task flows prototypes, etc.)

• Collect and action feedback from customers/end users and manage changes to deliverables throughout the project lifecycle

• Ensure solution documentation is continuously updated and distributed to the production team

• Create business objects / attributes, work with style sheets for data presentation within Teamcenter, interact with the BMIDE to invoke necessary templates, configure workflows, configure organization / groups / roles, and collaborate with other team members to resolve issues

• Astutely manage and control configuration/code packages IAW team practices

• Test deployed solutions and troubleshoot anomalies to resolution

• Coordinate issue resolution with GTAC and similar infrastructure / software support activities

• Coordinate with Scrum Master, Product Owners, Information System Security Engineering (ISSE), Engineering Subject Matter Experts and Infrastructure/Network administrators on broader team to accomplish objectives

This person will be working in Teamcenter – the software has already been developed, the modules are in play and they are already installed. Their customer decides what functions it needs and it gets installed in a cloud environment and this person will configure and build it out.

Once TeamCenter is in place you need a configurator to build the workflows, customize the experience and customize the data fields and tweak the off the shelf installation to match the needs of the client.

Clearance:

This position requires an active DoD Clearance (Secret, Top Secret, Top Secret/SCI) or the ability to be obtain an (Interim Secret, Interim Top Secret)

Because an active or interim DoD clearance is required, U.S. Citizenship is required
