Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the global leader in payment solutions for Small, Medium (SME) and Global and Large (G&L) enterprises. Within GCS, the Corporate Program Product Management (CPPM) organization spearheads the creation of best-in-class payment experiences and capabilities meeting the evolving needs of G&L and US Middle Market customers.
CPPM is responsible for developing and managing a suite of corporate payment and spend enablement solutions uniquely differentiated through innovative benefits, features, and partnerships underpinned by seamless digital experiences. As part of our corporate program, insights are a critical way we deliver value to our clients.
As the corporate payments ecosystem rapidly evolves, we are committed to maintaining our leadership position. With this newly created role, the Director, Digital Insights, Product Management, will help lead the strategy, product roadmap, and evolution of our digital insights assets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategy, positioning, and roadmap insights products for the G&L and Middle Market segment
Identify risks and opportunities within our current landscape, setting up governance structures if necessary
Gain deep understanding of the client to inform key decisions about how insights are structured and delivered
Lead a team whose current responsibilities include handling digital insights products related to our ESG initiatives
Build business cases to support strategic investment for future product enhancements in both @Work and other insights investments
Partner closely with various functional teams including: Product Development (CIPD), GCO, Field, and Marketing
Develop, own and lead key performance metrics to help ensure performance issues are identified and resolved, and identify impact to revenue
Requirements/Qualifications:
Courageous thought-leader with a track record of driving thought-provoking strategic roadmaps – from vision to detailed execution
Sharp commercial savvy and established experience crafting pragmatic/customer-centric strategies
Proven understanding of our core corporate products and the needs of our Middle Market and Global & Large customers to drive customer-centric solutions
Solid understanding of and interest in the future of travel and the evolution of the travel ecosystem (e.g., emergence of new disruptors)
Critical thinker who leads with an external perspective and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Rigorous and data-centric leader – able to steer towards insight and customer-based decision-making
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency presenting to executive audiences and leading robust governance forums
Strong collaborator with the ability to navigate a complex partner map and influence others
Outstanding people leadership skills developing high-performing teams
Experience partnering with sales/business development organization and partner management
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with data analytics and Agile methodologies

Salary Range: $150,000.00 to $225,000.00 annually bonus equity (if applicable) benefits
