The Specialty Support Representative, Employee Pay Services, is responsible for providing world class support and timely payment processing for UKG’s customers who utilize our Employee Pay product offering. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of payroll and banking processes, and provide exceptional customer service to new and existing customers. The candidate must have a commitment to meeting deadlines and must be comfortable working under pressure.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Providing world class support and responding to all customer inquiries within service level agreements for our Employee Pay offering.

• Facilitating stop payment and ACH Reversal requests with the bank on our customers’ behalf.

• Meeting required internal and external deadlines based on bank cutoff times.

• Responsible for notifying and partnering with customers to resolve urgent payroll funding matters.

• Monitoring for, researching and resolving payroll exception items.

• Resolving check verification calls from check cashing institutions

• Partnering with various internal departments to research and resolve Employee Pay-related inquiries.

• Assisting other internal departments with the setup and launch of new Employee Pay clients.

• Assisting with training other personnel on best practices.

• Generating reports for external and internal customers.

• Providing input and recommendations for new processes and policies in order to improve efficiencies and the customer experience.

• Additional duties to be assigned

Basic Qualifications:

• 1-2 years UKG Pro Core customer service experience

• Exceptional computer skills

• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent analytical skill set with the ability to think outside the box to solve problems.

• Strong attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.

• Ability to multi-task and follows through on commitments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline preferred.

• FPC or CPP Certification

• An ability to work well under stress in a rapidly changing environment with changing job requirements

The pay range for this position is $33,400 to $48,000, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
