As a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician 2 or 3, you will be responsible for:
Maintenance and repair of plant machinery and equipment, including CNC machinery and equipment.
Performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on machines and equipment.
Completing, then documenting, recurring preventative maintenance tasks.
Using O/M manuals to help ensure repairs are done correctly.
Knowing PLC’s, electrical systems, and mechanical systems.
Other duties as assigned.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS – PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN 2

Minimum 2 years industrial experience maintaining/repairing machinery and equipment.
Perform equipment failure analysis to complete preventative maintenance and unscheduled maintenance.
Ability to read and process work orders and maintain repair history on machinery and equipment.
Install, repair, and maintain machinery and equipment by completing recurring preventative maintenance tasks.
Performs tasks with minimal supervision.
Comply with health and safety regulations.
Able to work 8-hour shift.
Able to lift 50 lbs.
Demonstrated attention to detail.
Demonstrated communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work well with others.
Minimum 3 years industrial experience maintaining/repairing machinery and equipment.
Performs tasks self-directed.
Perform equipment failure analysis to complete preventative maintenance and unscheduled maintenance.
Attained or working toward – Technical certification in industrial maintenance, CNC maintenance, or associate degree.
Demonstrated ability using O/M schematics and instructions to analyze and repair equipment failure.
Demonstrated knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motor circuits, PLC’s, VFD’s, AC/DC drives, HVAC, pipe fitting, industrial power presses, conveyors, and lifts.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Advanced knowledge of trouble shooting and programming of PLC’s.
Advanced knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motor circuits, VFD’s, AC/DC drives, HVAC, pipe fitting, industrial power presses, conveyors, and lifts.
Prepare maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS – PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN 3
All basic qualifications and preferred qualification for Production Technician 2, and:
Perform preventive maintenance and skilled repairs on complex electrical and mechanical production equipment and systems.
Prepare maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Advanced knowledge of trouble shooting and programming of PLC’s.
Advanced knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motor circuits, VFD’s, AC/DC drives, HVAC, pipe fitting, industrial power presses, conveyors, and lifts.
Programming peripherals and terminals.
Minimum 5 years industrial experience maintaining/repairing machinery and equipment.
