Job Description
Primary duties involve loading, unloading, processing, and storing waste materials at a permitted waste treatment facility. Responsibilities include operating a forklift with attachments, brooms, shovels, production machines, palletizers, and tractors, as well as working off ladders/stairs. You will use Department of Transportation (DOT) knowledge to match and label inbound materials for storage and shipping to other sites. This includes using an RF scanner to process non-hazardous materials from holding area to holding area, utilizing barcode system equipment (RT Scanner) for documentation to track all materials.

This is a fully on-site position in NA, Arkansas.
Work Environment
This position is primarily inside, handling waste material transported from the Field team. It is a labor-intensive job exposed to both extreme heat and extreme cold. Candidates should not be afraid of getting dirty or performing manual labor. The company sees a high turnover in this role due to the nature of the job, but offers the opportunity for a career. The role requires wearing steel toe boots and company-issued uniforms. The schedule follows a 2x2x3 pattern with 12-hour shifts, including both day (5:45 AM – 6:15 PM) and night (5:45 PM – 6:15 AM) shifts. Candidates should be flexible with the schedule to learn the entire warehouse process, enabling potential advancement to Supervisor/Lead roles with higher pay.
