As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. You will manage reservations, handle guest inquiries, and coordinate with other hotel departments to meet guests needs.

Key Responsibilities:

– Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Welcome guests upon arrival, facilitate check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
– Reservations Management: Manage bookings, including modifications and cancellations, using the hotel management system.
– Customer Service: Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
– Payment Processing: Handle cash and credit transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and payment processing.
– Communication: Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest rooms are ready and address any issues.
– Information Provider: Offer local information, recommendations, and directions to enhance guest experiences.
– Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of guest information, transactions, and special requests.
– Safety and Security: Ensure compliance with hotel security protocols and emergency procedures.
