Program Manager III, Security, Google Cloud

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in program management, client services or management consulting.
Experience creating and delivering educational content for sales teams.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time as required.
Preferred qualifications:
MBA or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
Experience working with a cross-functional, geographically dispersed team and customer base and collaborating with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers to deliver high-impact solutions.
Experience in Sales Engineering or customer-facing roles.
Experience working in the Security field.
Knowledge of the broader Cloud marketplace and the differentiators of various Cloud offerings.

In this role, you will engage directly with customers and key Google partners to deliver, design, build, and advise customers on the best way to transition to Google Cloud. You will specialize in the program management, governance, and orchestration of cloud transformations. This will involve supporting customers and internal teams from pre-sales through delivery and execution of Google Cloud and customer transformation programs.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$234,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Drive the program management of multi-functional Google Cloud Professional Services projects, covering program planning, delivery assurance and verification, tracking and reporting, and risk and mitigation planning.
Define the overall governance model for the account and establish a cadence to manage the ongoing delivery of the plan.
Manage the risks, issues, and actions for the account and regularly track them to meet the expected outcomes and timelines, building mitigation plans as the program evolves.
Influence stakeholders, drive the quality delivered by internal and external partner teams and project resources, and provide program leadership aligned to the program objectives.
Take various project requirements and organize them into clear goals and objectives, and break down projects and processes into sub-projects and sub-processes that could be executed by other teams or partners.
